Hello Mad River Valley!
For the past several decades, Sugarbush Mountain Resort has been very fortunate to have had an orthopedic clinic run by the UVM Medical Center. Unfortunately, the challenges of Covid-19 forced the UVMMC to cancel the contract with the resort and the clinic has not been open for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
To replace the UVMMC, we are in the process of forming the non-profit Three Peaks Medical Clinic. It will be staffed by volunteer physicians and medical professionals with combined decades in Emergency and Orthopedic Medicine. An X-ray machine has been purchased through donations already and treatment by the doctors will be at no cost to the patient. Any services, such as X-rays, will be performed at cost. We look forward to opening again on Dec, 15 2022.
On August 15, 2022, we will be hosting a 18 hole Scramble Golf tournament at the Sugarbush Resort Golf Club. It will be a 10:00 am Shotgun start with a maximum of 30 teams. There will be a sponsored BBQ Lunch while playing, on-course contests and a late afternoon dinner at Rumbles. There will also be a silent auction with many great items available to bid on. Price for the event is $600/team or $150 per person. We will create teams for any single players. Register soon, spaces are filling quickly
