The Northfield Conservation Commission will host a hike to the summit of Paine Mountain on Sunday, August 14. Meet at the Green Mountain medical center at 10:00 am. Hike is about 6 miles total and usually takes between 3 and 4 hours. Bring plenty of water and plan for a light lunch at the summit.
