I am offering to guide you through Tai Chi 8, which is an abbreviated version of Tai Chi 24 Yang form. Tai Chi 8 is meant to be done in smaller spaces where there is a lot more space needed for 24 Yang. I believe it is a wonderful and less intimidating introduction to learning Tai Chi as well.

August dates, time, and place:
The first class will be on Sunday, August 14, and then Sunday the 21st, and Sunday the 28th. More dates will be given out towards the end of August.
Class time: Noon - 1:15 p.m.
What to bring: water and sneakers
Where: Kilowatt North Park, Wilder, VT..... in the picnic area (shaded)
