Hello All!!!
Wondering what you can do to support reproductive rights? In these disempowering and sorrowful times, let us come together to celebrate, heal and lift one another up!
Please join us at 64 State St on August 27th
5-10:00 PM for an evening of music, performance art, and healing. We will have a silent auction, a wellness room with acupuncture, massage and reiki. Gracing the stage will be Siouxsie Cooper, Sara Grace, with many others in the TBA category. Will Lavendula, Bread & Puppet, or Myra Flynn be performing? Watch this Space!!!
The suggested donation is $25. Please give generously! If you would normally be willing to drop $15 for a show, please add the additional specifically for this cause. If all you have is $15, come, but please consider giving more and/or helping out with the event.
All funds from this effort will go to Brigid Alliance. This organization plans and funds the lodging, transportation, food, medical and psychological support for those needing to travel out of state for an abortion. They prioritize women, AFAB nonbinary folks and trans men who are over 15 weeks pregnant. The average distance traveled for abortion care in the US is 1,000 miles. The average cost to one in need of traveling is $1250. Let's see how much can raise when we all come together!!
