Just over three weeks from now, on Sunday, July 6, the thirty-sixth annual Festival opens with a 7:00 performance by Kat Wright and the Indomitable Soul Band. Fresh from the Burlington Discover Jazz Festival, the band promises to get our Festival off to a lively and soulful start. Then every weekday evening we'll have two great shows by two different acts, one starting at 7:00, and a second at 8:30. There will also be "Brown Bag" performances for the kids every weekday at noon. And the Festival winds up with a fabulous Street Dance with the Vermont Jazz Ensemble.

As you've probably heard by now, this summer's Festival will be in a new (temporary) location away from the Town Green. We'll be at the Middlebury Recreation Park off Court Street and adjacent to Mary Hogan Elementary School.

As always, this is a free festival (no admission charge) put on by volunteers. As we say each year, we couldn't do this without your help.
