Have you ever wanted to learn to make jam?
The Holland Community Center is now hosting Canning Classes.

We are able to host this in conjunction with the Makeshift Farm and Alisha's Country Goodies.
You must sign up to attend. There are only 4 students per class; but don't worry we will be holding a canning class every other Thursday from 5-8 pm for $60 a person plus a tip for Alisha (teacher). You can pay with your card to our pay pal account ahead of class or with cash at the start of class.

Our first class will be August 18th at 5-8pm. Making straw berry jam. Supplies will be included, and you get to take home the jam you make. Supplies included are Jars, Strawberries, Sugar, and Pectin. You'll get to take home approximately 6 jars of jelly
