The August Primary election is next Tuesday, August 9th. Polls will be open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm at the Milton Municipal Building. All voters will enter the main lobby and then depending on where you live in town, you will be directed to either the Community Room or the Library Meeting Room. (CHI-FRA district in the Community Room, GI-CHI & CHI-25 in the Library) Masks are recommended, but not required. For more information, visit www.miltonvt.gov/vote.

The Town Clerk's office will be CLOSED on Tuesday, August 9th for any business other than the Primary election. You can put payments and paperwork into the drop box all day, but we won't be available to provide receipts, register dogs, notarize documents, etc.

Want to vote early and avoid possible lines? Stop by the Town Clerk's office (43 Bombardier Road) during regular business hours, 8am-5pm, to request a ballot through the rest of this week and on Monday. You can vote in-person (in the lobby) or take your ballot home and then bring it back on or before the Primary election on Tuesday. Requests for ballots by mail must be received no later than Friday, Aug 5th, as we cannot guarantee you will receive them in time. Please call the Town Clerk's office with questions: 802-893-4111.
