The Essex Selectboard will meet on Monday, June 16th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building at 81 Main Street. The agenda includes:
- A Heart and Soul presentation;
- Possible warning of a public hearing on proposed zoning changes for the Resource Preservation District-Industrial (RPD-I, or "Saxon Hill")*;
- A follow up discussion on potential next steps related to the Municipal Building, and what happens after the Police move to the Maple Street facility;
- Appointments/re-appointments to various Boards and Committees;
- Possible approval of the human services funding requests;
- Discussion on proposed changes to the human services funding requests and selection process;
- A letter of approval for computer assisted mass appraisal cost tables (assessing software);
- A personnel evaluation (Town Manager);
- Review and possible approval of the minutes of the June 2nd meeting.
