The Waterbury Stowe Fish and Game Club is providing instruction to anyone (age 8 and up) who would like to learn how to shoot a rifle. We'll work on basic firearms handling and safety as well as range etiquette. When shooters are deemed ready, they'll learn how to load and fire a bolt action rifle in an environment of "overwhelming supervision."

When: Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 4 PM to 7 PM.

I'll do my best to put together a schedule that accommodates everyone.
Things to bring:
• Eye and ear protection if you have it.
• Snacks/drinks.
• Hat with a brim.
• Patience.
Please do not bring your own firearms or ammunition to this event.
The use of alcohol or drugs prior to or during this event will not be tolerated.
Note to members: the range will be closed to support of this event.
