Two great events and more all happening at the Waybury Inn.
The Waybury Inn will be hosting two events in honor of our new chef Tony Petri. As many folks have read Donna is passing on the spatula, she is not retiring but stepping back and letting someone else take the spatula and be our fearless leader in the kitchen.
The first event is an East Middlebury Ice Cream Social. When: Sunday July 31st from 2-4. Where: The Waybury Inn terrace and gardens. Ice cream is being donated by Island Homemade Ice Cream out of Grand Isle VT, other baked goodies provided by the Waybury Inn The 2nd event will be a Summer BBQ on August 6th where Tony will fire up the grill (outdoors hopefully) and cook steaks, burgers, chicken, and his magnificent pulled pork with all sorts of great side dishes. Come and make a night of it with live Blue Grass music, games, and outdoor bar. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Thursday nights live music with Dayve and Ron on guitar, they play outside when the weather permits. Plenty of free off-street parking.
Friday nights with Rick Hawley live on piano, Rick also plays outside weather permitting.
Dining hours Wednesday- Sunday from 4-8pm, reservations are strongly encouraged as we don't like turning folks away. 802-388-4015 Sunday mornings we are open to the public for breakfast from 8am-10am. Please call to make a reservation for Sunday breakfast.
