The Brandon Energy Committee is forming working groups to tackle key issues that will help make Brandon a healthier, more affordable, and more desirable place to live. Please consider joining one of our four working groups that are briefly outlined below:
THE GENERATION GROUP - This group is working on the question:
"How can we produce energy more efficiently and with less environmental impact?"
THE CONSERVATION GROUP - This group is working on the question:
"How can we use the energy we produce with less waste and cost?"
THE TRANSPORTATION GROUP - This group is working on the question:
"How can we replace fossil fuels as the basis of our vehicle infrastructure?"
THE EDUCATION GROUP - This group is working on the question:
"How can we educate ourselves and our community about renewable energy and green house gas emissions in a manner that motivates us to action?"
