Vermont Works for Women is excited to be bringing LUNAFEST to the green at Essex Experience on Friday, August 5th.

LUNAFEST is a traveling film festival showcasing award-winning short films by and about women. All ticket proceeds support VWW, a nonprofit working to promote economic justice by advancing gender equity and supporting women and youth at every stage of their career journeys.

Starting at 5:30pm there will be a pre-screening community event including local vendors, food trucks, drinks & bar, raffle, and live music by The Smokey Newfield Project. The film screening will start at 8 pm, so bring a lawn chair or blanket, sit back, and relax. It's going to be a super fun evening!

The Essex Experience is located at 21 Essex Way, Essex, VT.
