I'm excited to announce my next class! I am a perinatal professional offering an IN-PERSON group childbirth education class this September, perfect for those with late fall/early winter due dates! Preparation for Birth is a 4 week group class that meets Tuesdays from 6 PM to 8 PM September 6th- September 27th at Green Mountain Community Fitness at 652 Granger Road, Berlin. This class covers the end of pregnancy and preparing for birth, the process of labor and birth, medical interventions and procedures, and the postpartum period for the birthing person and baby.

I am also a doula with some remaining availability for births this fall after Septmeber, but am booking up quickly!
