Where does a drop of water falling in your backyard come from? Where does it go? And who does it meet along the way? Join an Environmental Educator from VINS (the Vermont Institute of Natural Science located in Quechee, VT) in exploring the ways in which our Green Mountain's landscape and the oceans of the world are intimately connected. We'll trace the raindrop's journey with a watershed model, and meet two live animal ambassadors who depend on this cycle while learning ways we can help our land and oceans stay healthy.
The program is sponsored by a grant from the VT Dept. of Libraries. More about VINS at https://vinsweb.org and hosted by Jeudevine Library. The program will take place rain or shine at Atkins Field on Granite St. in Hardwick! For more information call the library at 472-5948.
