Join us on the Park Thursday, July 28th at 11:00 for a workshop on drawing, composition, and perspective with Clare Walker Leslie.
Participants with no previous drawing experience are invited to come learn some fun drawing tricks and tips from veteran artist and naturalist Clare Walker Leslie of Granville. Clare will demonstrate for you ways you can easily gain the confidence to say "Wow, I can draw!" Composition and perspective are the two key skills to learn to master drawing. Learn these skills while sketching the landscape of the Park with Clare..
Bring some drawing paper, a few medium-leaded pencils, an eraser (!), a black felt tipped pen (optional) and a folding chair/stool.
We will meet at the Bandstand and learn to draw the landscape on the Park.
This program is one of a series of crafting workshops offered this summer by the Rochester Public Library.
