Celebrate the Chelsea Funnery's 18th year with a knock-your-socks-off production of Shakespeare's King Lear! Performances will be held outside behind the Tunbridge School off Rt. 110 THIS FRIDAY, 7/22, at 6pm AND SATURDAY, 7/23, at 4pm. In the event of rain, performances will be held at the Chelsea Town Hall.

This great stage of 12-18 year old fools from several area towns will bring the text to life with energy that will ensure enjoyment by the Shakespearean novice and seasoned veteran alike. Amidst stage combat, clowning, and original song, these young actors grapple with fraught familial dynamics, political chaos, and the nature of reality itself in a production that may leave you wondering: "who is it that can tell me who I am?"
