The Ancient Art of Qi Gong

Arising in China many thousands of years ago, Qi Gong is a physical culture method that combines slow, rhythmic movements with paced breathing. People doing this practice notice clearer thinking, more energy, feeling balanced and joyful. Qi Gong also encourages joint flexibility and vitality and has many other benefits.

On June 21st, we'll be holding a special three hour class. It will be open to everyone with no special experience required. The class will be divided into three, one hour segments with time for questions and answers in between each hour and the next.

If the weather is mild, we'll be outdoors. Participants are asked to bring some pure water to stay hydrated and to wear loose clothing that allows easy movement without constriction. Cost is $12 for one hour or $30 for all three and will be held at Tyler Gillen's, 562 VT Rt. 15 West, Johnson from 9AM to 12Noon. For further information, email qigongvt@gmail.com
