The Wolcott Town Garden (located behind the Library in Depot Park & next to Town Office) is open to foraging from dawn to dusk. Zucchini is here with lots of other types of squash coming. Keep an eye on the tomatoes. We have herbs for snipping: Greek oregano, thyme, curly parsley, dill, spearmint, lemon balm, and more. This Wednesday will be our 4th Farmers Market. We had donations last Wednesday of lettuce, kale, and loaves of freshly baked (King Arthur flour) bread. Thanks to those who donated! We also had Girl Scouts selling cookies. As always, we will have farm fresh (Wolcott) large brown eggs for sale at just $3.50 per dozen. I believe we will also have some baked goods available this Wednesday and some spider plant starts. If you would like to be a vendor, or would like to donate, reply to this post or email womenofwolcott@gmail.com. Regardless, come see the Garden this Wednesday. It changes every day! [The market will be held each Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.]
