For nearly the last decade, Patricia has been working hard to better our state as President & CEO of the Vermont Council on World Affairs, where she has been a champion of consensus building and civil discourse. Vermont is at a critical turning point, and Patricia is eager to bring communities together across our state to move Vermont forward on climate action, workforce development, and expanding high-speed internet to strengthen our rural communities.
