- Designating Assistant Clerk Cheryl Grandfield to act as an Assistant Elections Official in processing absentee ballots, running the tabulator and recording votes Action likely.

- Designating one JP to serve as official canvasser of votes, reporting results to Washington County Elections Clerk Rosie Laquerre in East Montpelier. Action likely.

- Approving processing of absentee ballots in the Town Clerk's Office, which will be closed for non-voting business, on Monday, August 8, 2022. Action likely

- Reviewing and approving the list of challenged voters as of July 19, 2022 and granting the Town Clerk authority to mail them challenge letters. Action likely.

- Appointing a schedule of BCA members to be "on call" during the Primary and to assist with documenting write-in votes after the polls close at 7 PM on August 9th. Action likely.
