I am a therapist in Burlington and as part of my job I teach mindfulness/meditation to both clients and groups. As this has proven really helpful to so many, I would like to start a weekly mindfulness/meditation group here at my home (7 John Stark Road) for the last 6 weeks of summer. We will meet on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. (for approximately an hour) for a bit of teaching and practice based on the ideas of acceptance and self-compassion. My plan is to meet outside as long as the weather permits, but inside if it is a rainy morning. There is no fee. Donations will be accepted. All are welcome.
