COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC AND TAKE-HOME TEST PICKUP

Waterbury Ambulance Service, in conjunction with Northfield Ambulance Service, is offering COVID -19 Vaccinations as well as take home Antigen and Lamp Tests at The Northfield Ambulance Station, 31 Dog River Drive in Northfield on Friday, July 15th, and again Friday, July 22nd from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The following vaccines will be available:

Moderna for ages 6 months through 5 years
Pfizer for ages 6 months through 4 years
Pfizer for ages 5 years through 11 years
Pfizer for ages 12 years and older
Moderna for ages 18 years and older
Johnson & Johnson for ages 18 years and older

**Please Note**
If this will be your second shot or a booster shot, please remember to bring your vaccine card with you.
