Sundog Poetry's annual event, JUSTICE & POETRY FOR ALL, this year celebrates Indigenous poetry on Friday, July 22nd, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Kill Kare State Park in St. Albans. Featured writer Suzanne Rancourt, an elder of the Abenaki Bear Clan, will read from her work. She and other indigenous writers will also read from Dawnland Voices: an Anthology of Indigenous Writing from New England. Music, crafts, and food will all be part of the mix. Free and open to the public. Supported by the Vermont Arts Council and Vermont Humanities Council. Please come and support the diverse voices of poetry!
