Join Cub Scouts!
Pack 729 from Northfield is looking to get going again so there will be an information night this Wednesday, July 13, at 7 PM at St. John's church basement on Vine Street in Northfield.
Cub Scouting is open to boys and girls 5-10 years old, but is fun for the whole family. We hike, visit interesting places, learn new things, and have FUN. In the past we have gone up Spruce Mountain, visited the police station, raced our cars at the Pinewood Derby, and enjoyed real cars at Thunder Road. We've had picnics, sledding parties, gone Letterboxing (what's that!), and participated in Green Up Day. And of course there's camping, with help from the Boy Scouts. (Information about Scouting will be available too!)
