Guilford Cares to Lead Keets Brook Road Walk on Tuesday July 12th at 10:30 a.m.

Keets Brook Road is shady and flat; well-suited for a mid-summer walk. We will identify wild flowers along the road, divert to mowed grassy paths (maintained by John Majonen) to watch the pristine Keets Brook meander in and out of view and identify plants and birds together. Amy St. Claire, Keets Brook resident, will share history, lead us through her extensive gardens and provide a rest stop.

We will meet at the corner of Marynuk and Keets Brook Roads on Tuesday, July 12 at 10:30. Take Weatherhead Hollow Road to Keets Brook Rd. After .2 mi. turn left onto Marynuk Rd. More parking is available on Weatherhead Hollow Rd. if you wish to walk or carpool to Marynuk Rd
