Author Angela Thomas Jones shares her journey that led to the book NOT Too Tired to Care. Meet the hero of the story, Panda, the therapy dog. Make a plan for self-care and participate in a gentle chair-based yoga. Each session includes interactive elements and discussion.

Attend one or all three sessions for free. With funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Davies Memorial Library is funding this program series and others to anchor itself in the community as a strong humanities institution.
