Circles of Support & Accountability are shown to reduce recidivism and help offenders succeed back in their communities. There will be a CoSA training in Newport July 31 and August 1, 2014 - probably the only full training this year. It's a great training and a superb community-builder. Trained volunteers work in a group "walking-with" ex-offenders, meeting for about an hour per week. It would be great to have teams in Orleans, Barton, Derby and Irasburg!
