5:00 Call to order, welcoming guests, amendments.

5:05 Appointing a Middlesex voter to fill a vacant Select Board seat until the March 2023 Town Meeting. The Board will consider applications received so far from Sky Barsch, Sarah Birgé, Vic Dwire and Jason Merrill. Action likely.

5:20 Considering the Listers request to correct the 2022 Grand List due to "errors and omissions" re: parcels in the Owen Ward subdivision. Action likely.

5:30 Setting the 2022 Town tax rate. Action likely.

5:45 Treasurer's Report. Action possible

6:00 Middlesex Route 2 and Riverwalk Scoping Study update (VTrans Project Number: Middlesex STP BP20(10)) – (Dayton Crites, D&K) Presentation of Final Walkable Middlesex Scoping Study; Selectboard endorsement of final Scoping Study. (Action Likely).

6:20 Update from Planning Commission. Approving a letter to the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission requesting review and approval of the updated Town Plan approved by the voters at the March 2022 Town Meeting. Action likely.

6:30 Considering the E911 Coordinator's request for definitive spellings of Upper Sunnybrook (Sunny Brook?) and Lower Barnett (Barnet?) Hill roads. Action likely.

6:45 Highway Update. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the June 21, 2022 Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Approving renewal of the Washington County Sheriff's Department speeding-enforcement contract at $31.25/hour. Action likely.
