Do you want to join other folks from Barre working to make a difference in our community, supporting Democratic candidates and Democratic values? Please join us for our regular monthly meetings - we always welcome new attendees to learn more and pitch in.
On July 11, we'll be talking about upcoming events like Barre Heritage Days, our summer fundraising raffle, planning honk & waves to support candidates ahead of the August 9 primary, planning for our August cookout, and hearing from candidates Bridget Grace (Washington County State's Attorney), Anne Watson (Washington District Senator), and Jared Duval (Washington District Senator).
At future meetings, we'll talk about supporting Democratic candidates from Barre City and Barre Town, supporting the passage of Proposal 2 (banning slavery in Vermont) and Proposal 5 (ensuring reproductive liberty), and working to further progressive values in our community.
