Yankee Chank, our favorite Big Easy-inspired & Green Mountain-based band, returns to Lincoln Peak Vineyard on Friday, June 13, 6-8 pm. The quartet plays Cajun and Zydeco tunes– traditional dance music from Southwest Louisiana– with spirit and vigor. The quartet includes Bob Naess on fiddle, Cannon Labrie on accordion, Jim Burns on guitar and fiddle, and Mark Sustic on bass.

As with all Wine Down Friday shows, the “doors” open at 5:30. Food for sale by Almost Home, and wine available by the glass. Admission is free. Bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket. The Wine Down Friday series happens rain or shine– there’s room on the winery porch in the case of rain. No alcohol may be brought onto the grounds, and please leave your pets at home.
