Author Karen Baum Gordon discusses her book "The Last Letter: A Father's Struggle, a Daughter's Quest, and the Long Shadow of the Holocaust."

The author confronts her father's suicide, unraveling a thread that reveals her father's attempts to save her grandparents from the Holocaust. A "Good Morning America" pick of the week, the book is about relationships, forgiveness, and perseverance in a family memoir of stories and events that take place against the backdrop of the 1930s, Hitler's rise to power, the holocaust, and World War II.
