Forest Bathing at the UVM Hort Farm
SATURDAY, July 9, 9-12
Forest Bathing is a research-based practice for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and natural environments. Originating in Japan, it is known as shinrin-yoku, translating to "taking in the forest" or "forest bathing". Duncan Murdoch, a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, will introduce you to forest bathing with a walk through areas of the UVM Hort Farm, guiding you to slow down and immerse your senses in the sights and sounds of a natural setting. Class limit is 15. Members $25 Non-members $30
