Come to the Brookfield Old Town Hall (93 Stone Road) on Thursday, July 14th starting at 6 pm, for a special Pollinators presentation and discussion with Jane Sorenson, who owns/operates River Berry Farm with her husband in Fairfax, VT. She has found a way to combine farming, a background in landscape architecture and passion for creating pollinator habitat. In 2020, the Vermont Beekeepers Association awarded Jane their "Friend of the Bees" award. Jane will be presenting site evaluation and what plants work over the season for different soils with respect to creating pollinator habitat.
Learn how your gardens and fields can best support the important environmental benefits that our pollinators contribute each year. This event is being co-sponsored by the Randolph Garden Club.
