The Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs vs Jackson on June 24, 2022 has shaken us all to the core. It is a blatant erosion of our public trust in how women's rights are treated and the guarantees we depend upon in the 14th Amendment of our Constitution.
In Vermont we have the unique opportunity to counter this ruling with the Reproductive Liberty Amendment (RLA) that will be on our Vermont ballots on November 8, 2022. Voting YES to this Amendment will protect personal reproductive liberty in the Vermont Constitution and preserve this right in our state.
