The Halifax Historical Society will be sponsoring its annual meeting and program. This year the discussion and brief power point presentation will be about Hurricane Irene. It has been eleven years since this destructive hurricane ripped through Vermont. If you have a story you would love to share and listen to other fascinating stories or have any photos or other memorabilia from that horrible day, come to the Halifax Community Hall, 20 Brook Road, West Halifax on Friday July 8th, at 7:00 p. m. Business meeting for the Historical Society will meet at 6:30 p. m. Refreshments will be served. We ask that if you are ill to please not attend.
