The Project READ! Bookwagon will offer youth up to age 18 the chance to pick out a free, brand new book each week this summer. This coming Tuesday, July 5th, Erin Bent and Connor Timmons will be giving away books!
Here's our route, and note that if it's actively raining, please plan to visit us at the Jerusalem Schoolhouse or at Robinson, as these are the only locations that have a place for us to keep the books dry. We will be at each site during the times below, and you can visit us at any of our locations!
8:15-8:45 The Pavilion next to Starksboro Coop Preschool
9:00-9:30 Jerusalem Schoolhouse (rain site)
9:45-10:15 Robinson Elementary School (rain site)
10:30-10:50 Brookside Dr. (Rte. 116)
11:10-11:30 Hillside Dr. (Ruby Brace Rd./Big Hollow Rd.)
11:40-12:00 Lazy Brook Dr. (Hinesburg Hollow Rd.)
Project READ! is an all-volunteer organization made up of community members, parents, and teachers committed to promoting the love of reading in our town. We depend on community support, and we appreciate our volunteers! For more information or to find out how you can help, please email connortimmons@gmail.com. And, yes, we do have Vermont Folk Rocker raffle tickets for sale.
