Join us for our workshop in the Fairfax cooking school next weekend, when we explore the endless possibilities of cooking with fire.

Humans have been preparing food in a wood fired oven for thousands of years! There is something very satisfying about cooking with fire, and the charring and wood smoke can add great flavors to recipes.
Wood-fired oven expert, book author and culinary instructor Richard Miscovich will take us on a journey around the world of cooking with fire and there will be lots of hands-on time, food tasting and recipes to take home.
