Dean Bornstein, Peacham resident, artist and designer, will be guest speaker at Peacham Library's Annual Meeting on July 11. Peacham Library's annual meeting will convene at 6:30 pm with Dean's talk, "Threads of an Artistic Life", to immediately follow.
