Rise and shine on sunny Sundays starting 7/10 for Vinyasa flow yoga at the beach. Eva will once again incorporate the natural beauty of Charlotte beach into an hour of personal engagement and physical well being. Some knowledge of yoga is helpful but not necessary and all are welcome as this is a fun and social meet your neighbors event. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Donations (cash or Venmo) to benefit a beach meditation rock will be requested. Email any questions.
