Water Ecology Exploration in East Craftsbury

Past event
Jul 9, 2022, 3 to 4:30 PM

Join local ecologist and Sterling College professor, Farley Brown, for a walk to explore Whetstone Brook in East Craftsbury. We'll slow down to take a close look at what animals and plants thrive in the moving water, and learn about the natural history of this essential feature of our landscape.

This walk is free and all are welcome. We will meet at 3 pm at the Simpson Library.

Please note: Our monthly library walk usually occurs on the first Saturday, but we have moved it this month due to the holiday weekend. In August we will return to the first Saturday, with an East Craftsbury Cemetery walk on Saturday, August 6th.

The library is open Wednesday, 9-12, Thursday 9-12 and 2-6, Saturday 9-12 and Sunday 12-1.
