Last week, the Supreme Court overturned almost 50 years of federal protections for abortion. Abortion is still legal in Vermont and we're working tirelessly to pass the Reproductive Liberty Amendment. If this amendment is passed by VT voters in November, reproductive decisions between a person and their health care provider would be considered a constitutional right in our state, free of government interference.
