We're ALZ in this together: Destigmatizing Dementia in Addison County

Thursday, June 30th, 8:15-9:30AM at the Congregational Church in Middlebury

Join Vermonters with Alzheimer's and other dementias, family caregivers, legislative leaders, service providers, and community members for a conversation about dementia. We will talk about:

· What is it like to be diagnosed with and live with Alzheimer's or another dementia

· What it is like to care for someone with dementia

· What services are available in Vermont and in your community, and what services are needed

· Opportunities to build Dementia Friendly Communities

· How you can get involved with the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementias
