Tucker Mountain steward, historian, & naturalist Tom Kidder will lead a trek to the beaver pond on Thursday, June 30. Meet at the parking lot on the east side of Tucker Mountain at 10:00 am. Pack a lunch, and be sure to bring water and insect repellent. This is a trail that children can easily manage, and it's a wonderful opportunity to spend time with a guide who knows so much about this newest Town Forest in Newbury.
