This week, Live Jazz will celebrate the 112th birthday of Frank Loesser, the Tin Pan Alley writer who penned the music and lyrics for over 700 songs, including the Broadway musicals "Guys and Dolls" and "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." Since his brother was a classical musician, he often referred to himself as, "The Evil of Two Loessers."
