This year's theme is Democracy in Action. Grand Marshals are long-time poll workers Sally Reynolds and Bonnie Hitchcock. Categories for Best Float are Theme, Grand Marshals' Choice, Kids, Vehicle, and Business. Floats should arrive at G.W. Tatro's no later than 9:30am.
