Gong Bath Relaxation #2

Requests for another Gong Bath are being honored!! Join Kim Muncil in the Camp Ingalls longhouse for another evening of deep relaxation to the sounds of the gong. Participants will be guided with some breath work and gentle movement to prepare the body. Next, they will lie on their yoga mat and sink into deep relaxation as the sounds of the gong washes over them. No experience is needed. Bring your own yoga mat, light blanket, and wear comfy clothes.
