Montgomery running meet up!
Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm
Meet at the rec center and we will run from there (trails and roads).
Approximately 3 mile runs (keep going if you want). If you're just starting or getting back into the groove, 1 or 2 mile runs are also an option!
This meet up is for anyone and everyone who wants to go for a run with other local folks. Speedy McSpeedster is just as welcome as Mr. and Mrs. Ploddington. (That means all paces welcome.)
