The Strafford Town House Concert Series Kicks off with the Pillsbury Slow Boys June 21 6- 7:30 in the evening. Concerts will be on the Strafford Common If it shines and inside the Town House, 12 Brook road if it rains. Bring your friends, Bring a picnic, but please leave your dogs safely, Happily at home. The Pillsbury Slow Boys play Harp driven blues In the stile of Little Walter and Sunny boy Williamson. We mix in a variety of other material as well including selections from Cab Calloway Big Joe Turner, Some Rock A Billy and even some classic Rock that everyone should recognize. All in all a fun danceable mix that everyone can enjoy. Our members are: Longtime band mates Mark Chute on Harmonica and vocals, Paul Kifner on bass and vocals , Chris Byrne on guitar and vocals and on drums from the wilds of Corinth Randy Snipes.
