After a soft start a few weeks ago, the free store at the BALE Commons will run  every Thursday from 3-6 this summer. And keep your eyes out for extra pop-up days! 
Come take a look at the many things that pass through the free store which include: exercise equipment, kitchenware, office supplies, and so many books and clothes! 
Or please feel free to donate your own things—we accept donations of useable, all-age appropriate items while the store is open, on Thursdays 3-6. Please do not leave donations at BALE when the free store is not open. 
Additionally, the free store could use some help—if you love the free store and have some availability to help out here are some things we could use:

• Extra hands—specifically on Thursdays around 2:30 and/or around 6 to help set up and take down the canopy. If you happen to have a few minutes to lend a hand to this, it can go a long way! If you're available for one Thursday, awesome, and more, even better! 

• A garment rack—or two! We have so many clothes, and it would be great to be able to hang them up, if you happen to have a garment rack you're not using.

• Some easily moveable shelves and/or storage bins—storing and displaying things are our main challenges right now so anything that you have that could be donated for free store storage and displays would be awesome! And if we can't use it—we'll pass it on!
