"Fortunately not all the news is bad.

Richmond Racial Equity invites you to listen to three of our elected Representatives explain what has been done to advance Racial Justice in Vermont.

Please come to the June 17 Farmers Market band shell at 5:00PM and hear Richmond Selectboard member, Jay Furr, talk about progress on a town level, Chittenden County State's Attorney Sarah George discuss progress on a County level and Senator Kesha Ram Hinesdale discuss the work that's been done on a state level.

Their remarks will be brief and we have asked them to stick around so you can have the opportunity to chat informally with each of them.

The National holiday, Juneteenth, will be celebrated with poetry and the raising of the Black Lives Matter Flag at Volunteer Green at 9:00 on June 19. Hope you can come!"
